The Solaya house has two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms for each, and a half bath situated on a large lot nestled amongst the old growth trees, which is rare on the peninsula. The house is elevated 10 feet above ground level for the breeze and privacy in the trees. It has a large family room, galley kitchen, and prep island. It has a separate washer and dryer.  It also has a private back porch overlooking the canals, which leads to the beautiful Placencia Lagoon. The private front porch has outdoor furniture and a large dining area for entertaining. Just a short walk to the resort with a restaurant and swim-up bar, and a stunning beach covered with numerous varieties of palm trees providing shade all day long. Walk to the end of the street and through our landscaped park to view the majestic Mayan mountains and catch amazing sunsets every night.
