All construction is concrete footings, piers, beams, columns, floors. CMU exterior and interior walls solid filled. Roof construction consist of hardwood rafters and .26-gauge red metal roofing which matches throughout resort. The floors throughout will be ceramic tile as well as the bathroom shower.
