Compass Rose House

The Compass Rose House features a spacious main building with a gourmet kitchen, a dining room that seats 10 people, and an expansive living room with a 65-inch TV. It also includes a separate washer and dryer.

This home’s unique design offers four separate king bed suites, allowing guests to retreat to their own private cabana. Each cabana is equipped with a 43-inch TV, a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The main house and two private cabanas on each side form a perimeter around a refreshing saltwater pool. Guests can enjoy the private back porch with outdoor furniture and a dining area by the pool, overlooking canals that lead to the beautiful Placencia Lagoon. The house is situated on a large lot nestled among old-growth trees and various palm and coconut trees.

Both the main house and the four master suites are elevated two steps above ground level, ensuring easy access for all guests.

Additionally, a short walk will take you to the resort, where you can enjoy Mickey’s Restaurant, the swim-up bar, and a stunning beach shaded by numerous palm trees throughout the day. Alternatively, you can walk to the end of the street and through our landscaped park to view the majestic Mayan mountains and experience amazing sunsets every night.
