Lagoon Investment
Ceiba Beach Resort offers large lots approximately 0.35 acres. Four lots remain at $189,00 USD each which includes 12.5 GST. Electric, water, and fiber optics cable/Internet connections are ready, and construction has already begun. Estimated building costs are around $125.00 to $175.00 sq. ft. for an all-concrete house.
Additional charges can result when:
The customer chooses their finishes, and they exceed the allowance for materials or labor
Major changes after the initial plan is approved by the client
The building authority changes their requirements over time or for specific lots
Lots 1, 2 and 3 are available to lease for commercial space and all stores will be approved as described in the Ceiba Beach covenants as stores that directly benefit Resort guests and residents (e.g., Gift shops, ice cream store, coffee shop, bakery, etc.)
Resort Investment
Be a part owner of a 1.02-acre resort property along the Caribbean Sea in Maya Beach near Placencia, Belize. The Ceiba Beach Resort will consist of a casual beach bar/restaurant and a large pool with a swim up bar. Flanking the pool on each side will be 26 beach rental units.

Commercial Investments
We are currently working on plans for our three commercial properties to develop retail stores, offices, and accommodations. We will run or lease the space for shops and businesses dedicated for tourists, resort patrons, expatriates and locals such as coffee shops, gift store, ice cream shop, office space, etc.
Additionally, we are working with interested investors to create a fishing charter business within Ceiba Beach to provide high end deep sea and spear fishing trips as well as supply our two restaurants with daily fresh seafood and sell excess to other businesses in the local area.
