Ceiba Beach Resort & Residences
Ceiba Beach Resort is in the heart of Maya Beach, a small community on the Placencia Peninsula in southern Belize. We have residential homes on the lagoon side available for rent. The Resort has a casual beach bar/restaurant, Mickey’s Fish Shop/Market/Grill. It has causal dining downstairs for 75 people and finer dining upstairs for 80 people. It also has a large pool with a swim up bar. Flanking the pool on each side is 26 beach rental units consisting of 6 beachfront cabanas, 4 sea view cabanas, 12 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom condos. There are cabanas and condos available for purchase as an investment as well.
We currently have 2 residential lagoon lots left for sale and have our pre-construction sales of our beach cabanas and condos. We have our management team in place to take care of your investment in our rental program. The resort will host 8 commercial buildings with long term residential rentals above each store along our 3 commercial roadside lots for lease.
